The Sedgewood Club is an extraordinary private community only 55 miles north of New York City, in the heart of the Lower Hudson Valley. The property is located in the town of Carmel, the center of which is located 5 miles to the East. The historic Hudson River town of Cold Spring, N.Y. is approximately 15 miles to the West.
The club's facilities are owned and operated by two homeowner-led organizations: Sedgewood Club Associates, Inc. (SCA) and the China-Barrett Homeowners' Association (CBHA).
